Responsibilities

• Advising primarily in family law, contract law, consumer law, and tort law
• Drafting private law agreements
• Managing and being responsible for litigation processes in district court
• Preparing summons applications, responses, statements, and evidence presentations
• Representing clients in negotiations
• Strategic planning of cases and risk assessment

We are looking for someone who

• Has a Swedish law degree
• Has at least 3 years of experience working at a law firm
• Documented experience in court proceedings
• Is professional, meticulous, fearless, and service-oriented
• Has high social competence and good ability to communicate clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Is self-driven and accustomed to taking initiative
• Has experience in family law

Meritorious

• Completed clerkship
• Experience from working at a law firm
